Where and how we ship

Orders ship from Sycamore, Illinois, by USPS or UPS.

Same-day shipping

Orders received before 12:00 noon CT, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and on these holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (December 8), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It also closes at midday on Holy Thursday. Orders placed on those days ship the next business day.

Free shipping

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Rates for smaller orders and faster services are shown at checkout.

Where we deliver

Our online checkout delivers to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, please contact care@littledropsofwater.com with your address and the items you want, and we will quote the shipping cost.

International orders

We ship overseas on request. Please contact care@littledropsofwater.com with your address and the items you want, and we will quote the shipping cost. Duties, taxes and import fees are not included and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive tracking notifications by email. If no tracking email arrives within 24 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or damaged in transit

Contact us with your order number. Damaged items are replaced at no cost, and lost packages are replaced or refunded at no cost. See our Refund Policy for details.

Wholesale and fundraiser orders

Wholesale and fundraiser orders have their own terms, sent with your account or quote.
