  • Order and payment data: order details and totals. Payment card data is tokenized and processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and approximate location.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, contact forms or customer support.
  • Reviews and user content: information you choose to share when you write a review or use social features.

  • Orders and customer service: processing orders, shipping, handling returns and answering questions.

4. Shopify and our service providers

We also use Klaviyo for email sign-up and email messages, Judge.me for product reviews, and Google Tag Manager for site measurement, and we share limited data with payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics services and advertising partners so they can perform their services for us. We require our service providers to protect your data and use it only for the contracted purpose.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (cart, checkout and security), for performance and analytics (understanding how visitors use our site), and for advertising and personalization where permitted. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preferences tool.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access it, to correct it, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing, without discrimination for exercising these rights. Transfers outside your region take place through Shopify and other providers using appropriate safeguards. We process your data to fulfil our contract with you (orders and customer service), with your consent (marketing emails and certain cookies), and for our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention and basic analytics).

7. Data retention
