Transparency in Supply Chain

At Little Drops of Water®, we are a family-owned business. We take our responsibility seriously. This is true not just for our customers, but also for the people who help create our products. Our mission is rooted in faith, respect, and dignity, and that extends across our entire supply chain.

Our Commitment

We believe every worker deserves fair treatment. That's why we have a zero-tolerance policy. We do not allow forced labor, prison labor, child labor, or human trafficking in any of our operations.

How We Ensure This

  • Supplier Agreements – Every partner we work with must follow the Fair Labor Standards Act (1938). They also need to promise to use ethical labor practices.

  • Regular Audits & Reviews – We check to make sure our standards are met. If we find any issues, we act right away.

  • Accountability – Our agreements clearly state that violations are breaches of contract and grounds for termination.

Why This Matters to Us

As a family-run business, we believe that products made with care should come from people who are treated with care. When you bring our figurines, rosaries, and gifts into your home, we want you to feel good. They are made with our shared values of fairness, dignity, and respect.

Looking Ahead

We are continuously working to strengthen transparency across our supply chain. We are dedicated to improving our practices. We train our suppliers. We also use new technology to track our products. Our goal is for every product to tell a story of integrity and devotion.
